Supports Hormonal Balance
Menopause is a stage of life that brings changes, but it’s also an opportunity to focus on health and wellbeing. With the right support, symptoms can be managed to support a feeling of vibrancy.
Hormonal changes during menopause can cause mood swings, fatigue, and other physical changes. my menopause includes Shatavari and Black Cohosh, these herbs are known for their hormone-regulating properties. Shatavari, in particular, is an adaptogen, meaning it helps the body adapt to hormonal fluctuations, stabilising mood and energy levels. Together, these ingredients work to ease the transition, providing a sense of balance and calm during this stage of life.
Maintain and Support Oestrogen Levels
The herbs in my menopause work together to naturally support and maintain healthy oestrogen hormone levels during menopause. Red Clover, rich in phytooestrogens, mimics oestrogen by binding to oestrogen receptors, helping alleviate common symptoms of menopause. Black Cohosh helps regulate body temperature and hormone-related symptoms by acting on the endocrine system, while Shatavari, as a powerful adaptogen, supports the body’s ability to adapt to changes. Pine Bark provides supportive proanthocyanidins, which helps the body to maintain healthy hormones.

The combination of these herbs in my menopause is designed to provide comprehensive support during menopause. Each herb addresses different aspects of menopausal health, from hormone balancing and symptom relief to reducing stress and promoting overall wellbeing. When combined, they work synergistically to enhance each other’s effects. For instance, Black Cohosh and Red Clover work together to provide stronger relief from hot flushes, while Pine Bark’s antioxidant properties complement Shatavari’s adaptogenic effects, helping the body better cope with stress and inflammation during this transition. This blend offers a natural, multi-faceted approach to menopause, supporting you through every stage of this life change.
Pure Herbal Ingredients for a Balanced Transition
Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh): Black Cohosh has been traditionally used to support women during menopause, offering relief from common symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, and mood swings. It works by balancing hormones naturally and has been a popular herbal remedy for centuries. Modern research supports its use, showing that Black Cohosh may reduce the frequency and severity of menopausal symptoms.
Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari): Known as the “Queen of Herbs” in Ayurvedic medicine, Shatavari is revered for its ability to support female reproductive health. It is particularly beneficial during menopause due to its adaptogenic properties, which help the body cope with physical and emotional stress. Shatavari is also believed to support hormonal balance, alleviating symptoms such as mood swings, irritability, and fatigue. Shatavari may regulate ooestrogen levels, which can become erratic during menopause.
Pinus radiata (Pine Bark): Pine Bark extract is rich in antioxidants called proanthocyanidins, which help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, two factors that often increase during menopause. These antioxidants can improve overall well-being and cardiovascular health, which are crucial during the menopausal transition. Pine Bark extract may support in the reduction of menopausal symptoms like hot flushes and sleep disturbances, while also supporting cognitive function.
Trifolium pratense (Red Clover): Red Clover contains isoflavones, which are plant-based compounds that mimic oestrogen in the body. This makes Red Clover a natural choice for women looking to manage symptoms associated with declining oestrogen levels during menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats, and bone density loss. Clinical trials have shown that Red Clover extract can significantly reduce the severity of hot flushes and improve bone health, making it a well-rounded option for menopausal support.
