This pleasing and aromatic tea combines all natural herbs that cleanse the body and adds sparkle to life. This tea is believed to purify the blood of impurities, which leads to relief from skin problems, indigestion and bloating.

Ingredients

Green Tea, Red Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Licorice, Common Madder, Gorakhmundi, Indian Fumitory, Giloy (Heart Leaved Moonseed), Indian Barberry

Brewing Instructions

Always use fresh water. Bring water to near boiling point (90 degree Celsius). Take 1 teaspoon / 1 teabag in a cup. Pour the heated water and steep the tea for 3-4 mins. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength.

Tea flavour enhances as it cools. Our teas can be re-brewed, just steep it longer for the second time.

Green Tea The health benefits of green tea for a wide variety of ailments, including different types of cancer, heart disease, and liver disease, have been reported. Many of these beneficial effects of green tea are related to its catechin content.Green tea catechins helps to fight against obesity, type II diabetes, and heart problems. Red Sandalwood Known for its rich hue and therapeutic properties, Red Sandalwood’s trunk also called heartwood as well as its bark extract is used to derive medicinal benefits. Red sandalwood has a cooling and a diuretic effect, and it is helpful to treat conditions such as cancer, digestive tract problems, fluid retention, and many other anomalies. Red Sandalwood helps in healthy blood purification and fluid retention. Consisting of diuretic properties, it maintains our natural body mass and water levels to encourage frequent urination and keep the urinary tract clean of any toxins.

Cinnamon Cinnamon is a spice that has been prized for its medicinal properties for thousands of years. Cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants, including polyphenols. Some research suggests that it may help support blood sugar control, protect against heart disease, and reduce inflammation.

Licorice Medicinal use of licorice dates back to ancient Egypt, where the root was made into a sweet drink for pharaohs. It has also been used in traditional Chinese, Middle Eastern, and Greek medicines to soothe an upset stomach, reduce inflammation, and treat upper respiratory problems.

Madder root is a good anti-inflammatory agent that helps with joint pain, redness, swelling, and arthritis. New studies also show that madder root can raise white blood cell counts and reduce the symptoms of leukopenia. Madder root contains ruberythric acid which helps to lower calcium and magnesium and thus helps to prevent the formation of bladder stones.

Gorakhmundi is used in Ayurvedic treatment of pain, localised swelling, indigestion, headache, cough, elephantiasis, goiter, skin diseases and to improve sexual vigor.

Indian Fumitory Fumitory is used to treat intestinal spasms and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); and to start the flow of bile, a fluid that is important for the digestion of fats and is produced by the liver. Fumitory is also used for skin conditions, eye irritation (conjunctivitis), heart problems, fluid retention, and constipation.

Giloy (Heart Leaved Moonseed) is one of the staple herbs in Ayurvedic practice and that is primarily due to the great deal of medicinal and health benefits it offers. Giloy is said to be a natural source of antioxidants. Antioxidants fight oxidative damage and prevent the harmful effects of free radicals from affecting the body. Free radicals can damage cells all over the body which it can protect from.

Heart Leaved Moonseed can aid in the digestive process. From reducing acidity to improving healthy bowel movements.

Due its adaptogenic properties, giloy aids in calming down the nerves and reducing the effects of stress on the body.

Indian Barberry Medicinal use of barberry dates back more than 2,500 years. It has been used in Indian folk medicine to treat diarrhea, reduce fever, improve appetite, relieve upset stomach, and promote vigor, as well as a sense of well being.
