HOW TO USE

• Great for breakfasts like muesli, yoghurt and smoothies, just add a teaspoon or two.

• Toss together a green leafy salad with apple, peach or mango then drizzle with a Hazelnut Oil and Verjus dressing
• Add to rice, cous cous or mashed potato.
• Drizzled over beetroot, sweet potato or fresh apple before baking
• Add a tablespoon to chocolate desserts or hot milk drinks.
• Add flavour to sweets like cookies, cakes, and pastries.
