Directions for use
Apply on and around the painful area and rub in for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times per day for 7 days. If symptoms persist consult a healthcare practitioner. If irritation occurs discontinue use.

Coconut Oil, Copaiba Oil Balsam, Arnica Montana, Almond Oil, Hemp Oil, Beeswax, Black Pepper Oil, Ylang Ylang.
