David Sinclair recommends taking up to 1 gram per day of Resveratrol.

Take 1 levelled spoon full (white spoon that comes with the parcel) once per day of Resveratrol powder in the mornings on an empty stomach with a form of fat (Coconut Oil, Olive oil, Yoghurt).
