WARNING: Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Adults only. Contains 20 mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Taking this product, and a caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please seek advice from your healthcare professional before using this supplement. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
