What is Black Cohosh?

Black Cohosh, traditionally used for menopause support, helps reduce hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. The active compounds, like triterpene glycosides, typically have low bioavailability. What is Fenugreek?

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a plant traditionally used in women's health, particularly for hormonal balance and sexual health. In the Menopause Ultra Complex, it features Libifem®, a specialised fenugreek seed extract that is standardised to Fenuside™, a unique matrix of saponin glycosides. These saponins have been scientifically researched for their ability to reduce menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes and night sweats, while also supporting libido and sexual health.

Usage

Adults - Take one capsule with water,twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Claims & Warnings

In very rare cases - black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
