Fructose for Max Absorption

It’s all in the gut. Premium Fuel includes a four carb blend (maltodextrin, glucose, fructose and sucrose) and features a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio for increased caloric absorption. Fructose is digested via a completely different pathway in the gut than glucose. Adding fructose increases your gut’s saturation point for processing carbs, allowing you to digest and absorb nearly 50% more carbohydrates than using a single source approach.
