Honest to Goodness Blanched Almond Meal

Honest to Goodness blanched almond meal is made from 100% Australian Almonds. The almonds skins have been removed prior to grinding, creating a meal with a creamy colour and smooth texture.

No GMO. No added colours, flavours or preservatives. No added fillers or sweeteners.

This meal retains the natural fats and oils of the almond nut. To maintain freshness, we recommend storing in an airtight container in the fridge.

How To Use

Almond meal is commonly used as an ingredient in cooking including cakes and biscuits as it is a great substitute for grain flours and can also be added to smoothies.

Best kept in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep in a well sealed container, in the fridge for optimum freshness.

Growing & Processing

Once the almonds have been harvested, the thin brown husk is removed through blanching which involves putting the almonds in boiling water briefly. The almonds are then ground into a meal and packaged. No preservatives or additives are combined with the almond meal, it’s just almonds!
