In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM):
- Honeysuckle and Japanese Catnip relieve symptoms of common cold and flu

- Balloon Flower relieves symptoms of pharyngitis (sore throat), resolves phlegm and clears respiratory tract mucous

DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS
Recommended Dosage:
Adult (14+ years): 12mL three times daily
Child (6-14 years): 6-9mL three times daily
Child (2-6 years): 3-6mL three times daily
Dilute each dose in 10-30mL of water, juice or milk and consume immediately.

Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
