If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in a large amount for a long period. Contains sugar (glucose). The maximum recommended daily dose for this medicine contains 1.47 g of sodium.
WHY ORSBIOTIC?
ORSbiotic is not your usual rehydration solution. Our unique, patented formula goes beyond replacing electrolytes and fluids lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, fevers, hangovers and strenuous physical activity. Together with probiotic species and zinc, ORSBiotic provides therapeutic support for various triggers of diarrhoea and associate symptoms while maintaining gut health and reducing the frequency, duration and severity of diarrhoea.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults: Add 6 g of powder (1 scoop) to 250mL of water and consume immediately to maintain electrolyte balance due to heavy perspiration. For diarrhoea relief and to help restore electrolyte balance consume 4 times daily or in smaller frequent amounts (to 1L) to restore electrolyte balance after each loose stool or as advised by your medical professional.
Children 2 years and above: For diarrhoea relief in children and to help restore body electrolyte balance, add 6 g of powder (1 scoop) to 250 mL of water. Give 100 mL to 200 mL after each loose stool up to 1L/day or as advised by your medical professional.
Children 12 months – 2 years: Add 6 g of powder (1 scoop) to 250 mL of water. Give 50 to 100 mL after each loose stool up to 500 mL
