AlphaRelax contains a vegetable based amino acid, L-Theanine, which calms the mind and supports cognitive and brain function. Theanine has been clinically shown to affect the alpha waves of the brain, initiating a state of relaxed alertness. It helps maintain emotional wellbeing and healthy stress responses in the body and supports general nervous system function. It helps the synthesis of neurotransmitters (the nervous system messengers) and supports general health and well-being. It maintains brain health and helps mind relaxation.
