Beet It Sport Nitrate 400 crystals deliver 400mg of dietary nitrate in a single 20g sachet. They are made 100% from carefully selected concentrate beetroot juice NOT beetroot pulp – and contain a much higher nitrate content that almost all other Beetroot products currently being marketed. If no nitrate content is quoted on the label you can assume the nitrate content of other beetroot products is negligible.
Suggested Use
Sprinkle 1 or 2 sachets over breakfast cereals, yoghurt or salads or add to fruit juice, smoothies etc ideally one to three hours before training and up to six days before competition.
