A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Adults only. Contains 20 mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Taking this product, and a caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
